I was a Rite Aid customer for some time. As were my parents. When Rite Aid closed, they forced all their customers to CVS, who we absolutely hated. We switched to Dover Community Pharmacy and I'm so glad we did. My dad is on Medicare and he was actually able to save money on his prescriptions. Rite Aid was almost double the price. Customer service at this pharmacy is very quick and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Holy moly! After dealing with Cvs for 30+ years, you cannot compare the quality of service& the dedication these people offer to the patients is unparalleled. The two pharmacist are amazing. Chris, Elaine, Selma and all of the other staff members are just truly wonderful. It’s so nice to know that you have a competent and wonderful staff. I was always under the impression that the bigger pharmacies can handle everything but unfortunately smaller is much better as they are a derivative of just handling every facet of your orders. Dover Community Pharmacy is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. They know you by name, take the time to listen, and genuinely care about your well-being. The pharmacist is outstanding — not just knowledgeable in a general sense, but attentive to you as a patient. I have multiple medication allergies, and he has caught potential issues more than once when prescriptions were accidentally written by physicians. That level of awareness and advocacy is priceless.
